- Medications, cleaning products, beauty products and plants can all be poisonous and are the most common causes of child poisoning. Know what’s harmful and keep those items high and locked, out of reach and secured, or remove them from your home all together.
- Learn what’s dangerous, and what isn’t. Some small items may be choke hazards, but not poisonous. Other small items, such as button batteries, can seriously harm your child because they’re corrosive.
