“But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” – Joshua 24:15
In a world filled with noise, distractions, and digital overload, the sacred space of the family altar is under constant threat. Godly parents understand that building and protecting a place of regular prayer, worship, and devotion is not optional—it’s foundational. In Genesis 18:19, God commended Abraham, saying, “I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord.” Abraham built altars wherever he went—symbols of his commitment to keep God at the center of his family life. Joshua stood boldly before the Israelites and made a declaration that echoed through generations: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” He understood that leading a family in faith starts with intentionality and unwavering devotion, no matter what others choose.
