Joe shares the story of his son Chris and his tragic death at 21; he then discusses finding Chris on the other side after seeking out various mediums and getting accurate readings. Kareen asks him how he was able to move forward after such a traumatic event and Joe talks about his initial wrestling with God and how he channeled Chris through meditations and rituals. They agree that losing a loved one can never mend a broken heart, but there are tools out there that can help one adapt to a new kind of normal.
