A man sought for a murder in Monongalia County for the last few days has been captured in Pennsylvania. Governor Jim Justice says he's open to a special session to look at the state's longstanding abortion law, but not before it's thoroughly reviewed by attorneys and lawmakers. State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey plans to issue an opinion on that 1800's era law later this week. Senator's Manchin and Capito say cuts to the VA Centers in West Virginia for now are blocked.
