Let’s talk about what a “doomsday theory“ is. When considering what we need to be prepared for, thinking about the end of the world as we know it should always be in the back of our mind. How do we go on after society has imploded? Considering all the items that we have in our lives will be gone, or impossible to replace. Our lives will be completely different, but yet we’ll retain the knowledge that we had them, and what they did. So, contrary to those who say that humankind will be thrust back to the Stone Age, the knowledge of the developed technology will be retained, thereby allowing crude replicas to be created. This then provides a stark contrast to going back into time, before there was an understanding of these conveniences. So, while we talk about the loss of current conveniences, some of these Doomsday theories are survivable. So, with all that said, let’s talk about a couple more possibilities other than our intro today.
