After no NCAA Tournament last year, the woulda, coulda, shoulda is over but this years tournament has seen a rash of upsets as the Sweet 16 is without #1 Seed Illinois, #2 Ohio State, #2 Iowa, #3 Texas, #4 Oklahoma State, and we know that there will be at least one seed in the Elite 8 that is seeded 8th or higher as #8 Loyola Chicago plays #12 Oregon State.
