They are all open source, which means, I think nobody has rights to the OS, therefore you cannot violate any copyright laws

Even the real estate software for multiple listing used to be DOS based. How things have changed!!!

I still remember working with our property mgnt software (Yardi) when it was DOS based! Then it switched to Windows.

I gave only used MS Access a little. I could use the wizard. That was about it.
