The 90's were a wild time, and they could've been wilder.
Jake + Mitch deep-dive into the nostalgic pool of the lost Superman movie. That's right, Nicholas Cage, Tim Burton, Kevin Smith and a giant spider. SUPERMAN LIVES cult status grows stronger by the year, and leaves behind daunting questions:
- What would we make of Jim Carrey's Brainiac?
- Would this have removed the push for SUPERMAN RETURNS?
- And just how crazy is the Nic Cage casting?...Or was it perfect?
So many what ifs and urban legends have rendered SUPERMAN LIVES arguably the most infamous big-budget flick never made. But hey, at least we've got loads of screen test footage and WILD WILD WEST out of the deal, right?
