In this episode of Project Management Office Hours, Joe Pusz, PMO Joe has a great discussion with special guests Fabrice Allibert from Talaia OpenPPM and Tom Stokes from Workday. We are also excited to officially announce the partnership between Talaia OpenPPM and THE PMO SQUAD! Joe begins the show discussing the July Phoenix PMI Chapter dinner meeting and the presentation from Special Guest Steven Fullmer. Mr. Fullmer lead an entertaining and thought provoking discussion on how our brain works and what causes “Funnels and Logjams” with our thinking. This is great topic for Project Managers to help us better understand how our teams can be utilized more efficiently.
Joe kicks off the Project Management discussion with Fabrice learning more about the Talaia OpenPPM solution and how it differs from other products currently on the market. Talaia OpenPPM is the first PPM tool built according to the PMBOK standard. We also learn Talaia is a mid-tier solution not competing with Enterprise class tools such as Planview and Clarity or Task Management tools such as Asana and Trello.
