The first guideline in our community is to not people-please for approval, but rather to be completely authentic. The second is to not hide private thoughts, which means that we speak them to others who listen non-judgmentally, or "hold the space." In this way we bring the darkness to the light of forgiveness, where the darkness fades away. We communicate frequently and fully and find that when we let the Holy Spirit communicate though us, there are no disagreements.
