My latest round of Medicine with exchange continues.

Deepening in to refinements around misalignments, withholds, one-sided set ups, and blindspots -- I am being humbled by the beauty of this Teaching.

Last week on Wild Soul Medicine Radio we discussed Essence as Exchange.

An esoteric concept with practical applications for building a New Earth.

After the show, I continued to crunch around on this one.

I’ve had several more exchange conversations since then.

Some of them triggered wounding that was ready to show itself, and upon showing itself illuminated Awareness that opened and expanded my understanding of where adjustments needed to be made.

I am learning that when we Exchange as Essence, we must be willing to Show Ourselves at the deepest levels.
