After more than 3 weeks in Iowa (where I saw multiple doctors to figure out my "mystery illness), I returned to Colombia on a Sunday. By Wednesday of the same week, I hard torn the cartilage in my left knee playing soccer. My fellow volunteers were pretty worried about what that could mean for me, but I was happy that at least there was no mystery; the prognosis and medical solution were both pretty straight forward.
As for the soccer game itself (Peace Corps Colombia Staff vs
Volunteers), there are 3 videos you should check out:

2) The final goal of the game (with 15 seconds left) that caused my cartilage tear - http://youtu.be/rbmrEqZpK1U
3) The whole game itself - http://youtu.be/kWWwjQ4VW0s
