The two year anniversary of the government forming has coincided with the NZ First annual conference, and whether the coalition partner will make it into the 2020 has been under the spotlight.
Winston Peters has sought to carve his out a different part for his party, speaking with gun owners about the legislation and hitting out at Mediaworks over their financial difficulties. 
The party has polled at four percent in recent polls, not enough to get back into Parliament, but NZ First traditionally polls better on election day.
But will the party's supporters still be there for them? And has the coalition done enough to earn re-election? Andrew Dickens debates it with Lorna Subritzky and political commentator Shane Te Pou.
