The British meat industry is defending a supermarket chain's decision to stop stocking New Zealand lamb.
Waitrose will sell British-only lamb from 2021.
New Zealand exporters fear it could be a sign of growing protectionism in Britain after Brexit.
But British National Sheep Association chief executive Phil Stocker told Mike Hosking Brits want to eat locally-produced food.
"There is a feeling here that our standards are very high and we don't want to allow producers to lower the standards by producing lower quality and cheaper meats."
