This week on Digital Music Trends a packed show as I welcome Richard Busch, attorney at King & Ballow (who represented the Marvin Gaye estate in the recent suit), Joe Conyers, VP of Technology Downtown Music Publishing and Jim Carroll, journalist at the Irish Times to the show.

We start by talking about "Blurred Lines" and the jury finding against Pharrell and Robin Thicke who are to pay $7.4 million to the Marvin Gaye estate for infringing on the copyright of "Got to give it up". First up we hear the Gaye estate attorney who talks us through some key issues of this trial and then we comment on its potential repercussions.
