Pain comes from the belief in separation from our Source. Letting go of this belief and releasing the guilt and fear in our mind is synonymous with the end of pain. Jesus tells us in ACIM that your mind is so confused, you cannot even tell the difference between pain and joy. If you could, you would never experience pain again.
