In 2005 she formed her Entertainment Company called Blaq Pearl Entertainment.
Blaq Pearl Entertainment was established with a vision to promote and plan the hottest events in the Southeast region. Blaq Pearl Ent event planning services has worked with some of the industry's best. From Film/Video Director Dr. Teeth, WNBA Players Kara Braxton and Ivory Latta, to such artist like Reality Star/ Rapper & Singer Osokrispie, Actor/Comedian Pierre Edwards and DJ Benny-Demus (Akons Offical DJ) more.. Blaq Pearl Ent also focuses on the insight of the music and fashion entertainment industry. EVENT PLANNING is a main focus for Blaq Pearl Ent. Entertainment management is also apart of her company. Her management client roster consist of a DJ, Full figured models, Vocal artist and professional athletes.

Bo Talley has always had the heart of giving back and serving her community. In early 2007, she and her children decided to start a Non Profit Organization called Take the Time Foundation. Always being told growing up, that it's better to give than to receive, Bo Talley wanted to show her children just that and they started Triple T Foundation. Take the Time Foundations mission is to do just that, TAKE THE TIME FOR OTHERS LESS FORTUNATE!

Although Bo Talley did not grow up with a silver spoon in her mouth, her grandmother and mother always managed to keep food on the table, clothes on her back and roof over her head.

Bo Talley life experiences has made her the woman she is today. Now a mother of four college children, Mrs. Talley is definitely a woman of SELF-DETERMINATION, STRENGTH and WILLPOWER.
