11 OCT 2016 · There is nothing right or wrong about our thoughts, it is only if we judge them and think that there is a problem. We feel guilty when we think we are our thoughts and we are responsible for them. Underneath guilty thoughts about sex, porn and money is shame, and the deeper shame comes from actually believing that we have separated from God. That is why it is so important to expose the guilty thoughts in order to allow the Spirit to release them for us.

5 OCT 2016 · It is such a relief to know that we do not have to know anything. If we want true peace and joy, all we have to do is to remember to ask and Spirit will show us the way. In this world, money can be seen as a sense of security. We want to let go of this belief and see how we are still holding on to this false sense of control.

2 OCT 2016 · The awakening process is about giving. It will never change. Everyday it's about asking, “How can I be of service today?” It’s not to people, it’s to yourself and there’s a great joy in that. We each have a specific function that’s our way out of this world. Unless you’re that practice of giving you’re going to be contracted, you’re going to be withholding, it’s a death. That’s what dis-ease is.
