23 MAY 2011 · This is my very first show on Spreaker. It's a bit of a learning curve. In the poem "Abbey's Room" the background music is louder than my voice, plus there are a few fluctuating volumes here and there. But the pre-recorded poems (some with music) worked well, so did some of those just read out on air without backing music. I've put several of my music compositions into this one; this includes the small burst of folk music at the beginning of "A Tourist in Amsterdam". This episode also features two guest poems, by my eccentric poet friend The Potato of Terror; celebrated founder of New Tuberism.
