BlackDog Club Mindfulness15
This is the first episode of "Mindfulness15" a series of of simple mindfulness exercises and relaxation podcasts.
The primary focus is to try and support people who struggle with Depression and or high Anxiety levels. I'm not a clinician but a service user who also has many years experience working in a high secure mental health hospital, which has enabled me to build up a network of professional psychologists and councillors who are also part of the support network.
