A show is a container of episodes, while a episode is any playable, or recordable, sound. Both can be shared and distributed online.
There are no limits to the number of episodes you can include in a show, however you must keep under your audio storage space limits. So, for example, if you're a Free Speech user, you'll have 5 hours for your content, while if you're a Broadcaster you'll have 500.
You may upload your originally created audio, and/or music files to which you hold all appropriate permissions and rights.

Creating your first show is easy. Just click on Create in the header bar and proceed to add a new episode. By default, all the episodes you add will be part of a show named "NAME'S show". You can edit this or create a new show by clicking on the New when selecting where the recording should go.
On your Profile page, choose the show you wish to modify and then click on the EDIT button towards the right. From there you'll be able to change the URL of the show, upload and change the default image, add your contact information, and manage your intro if you are a Pro user.
You can also schedule individual episodes and notify your followers about their broadcast time and date.
From your show page, click on the Edit button. From there, in the main settings page, you can select the category you feel your show fits best into.
Alternatively, you can also click on the Shows tab on your Profile page and then click on the edit icon for the show you want to modify. From there, in the main settings page, you can select the category you feel your show fits best into.
By upgrading to a Broadcaster Pro plan or higher, you have the option of uploading your own originally made, 5 second intro into your show's settings.
This intro must be an audio file that can be uploaded to the platform. You can do this by:
To have an intro professionally done by voice over artists, you can go to the Spreaker Store and order one from our partners over at Music Radio Creative. Once they've sent you the finished audio file, you can follow the steps written above to upload it to your show.
Spreaker features its own built-in system that publishes announcements on your upcoming episodes and episodes.
Your announcements will scroll alongside your followers' newsfeeds, giving the date and time of your episode's upcoming broadcast.
