Spreaker offers five plans:

• Free Speech: allows you to record shows and episodes for a maximum of 30 minutes for each recording (it isn't a limit per day, but it refers to a single produced episode); There is no limit for uploaded podcast durations. You'll also have 20 hours worth of audio storage, which include all tracks uploaded as well as the podcasts you record.

• On-Air Talent: the single-session broadcasting limit is extended to 45 minutes. Your audio storage expands to 100 hours. You can now also use external tools with the DJ console.

• Broadcaster:  the single-session broadcasting limit is extended to 3 hours. Your audio storage expands to 500 hours. As well as being able to use external tools, you also have advanced audience analytics.

• Anchorman: the single-session broadcasting limit is extended to 5 hours. Your audio storage expands to 1500 hours. As well as being able to use external tools and advanced audience analytics, you can also have your own branded pre-roll commercial.
• Station: allows you to broadcast live with no time limits, or pre-record sessions of up to 5 hours. Again, enjoy some extra visibility.

First, please check that your credit card details are correct. If they are fine, it could be your bank blocking the transaction, maybe for fraud protection. The easiest and fastest would be to contact them directly.

Don't worry: when you downgrade to a free account, we will not delete anything automatically, but your media library will still be exceeding its limits.You have 15 days to free up your audio storage by deleting old or unwanted files and media taking up space.
